After learning about Jason Harris, Bronson Kaufusi wanted to learn more about real estate investing and begin to put his money to work. After identifying a property in SLC, Utah, Jason and Bronson partnered together to purchase a 10-unit multifamily property together in August 2020. Having been built in the 1960's, the property was in need of a myriad of improvements, including more diligent management oversight.
