Portfolio

Fund I

The Harris Investment Group team raised and deployed $23M of investor capital to secure an asset mix of six multifamily properties, one development project located at Bear Lake, Utah, and a portfolio of gas stations.

Fund II

The Harris Investment Group team raised and deployed $25M of investor capital to secure an asset mix of six multifamily properties and three gas stations. This fund exemplifies our unique strategy of enabling a fund to deliver both high returns and high depreciation loss benefits.

Fund III

From March 2024 until the end of the year, the HIG team raised and deployed $20.3M of investor capital. The fund portfolio includes an asset mix of 1 student housing apartment complex and 23 retail gas stations and truck stops. This asset mix is a key differentiator of the firm's unique strategy which enables the fund to deliver both high returns and high depreciation loss benefits.

Special Opportunity
Fund

Our Special Opportunity Fund offers the inverse ratio of our Fund I and Fund II strategy with 75% of the fund reserved for gas station assets and the remaining 25% for multifamily. The purpose of this unique asset mix was to accomplish the fund's primary objective: maximum first-year depreciation loss benefit.

SPV I

SPV I is an investment vehicle comprised of two multifamily properties: The Launch Portfolio and South Gate Manor. Located in Louisville, KY, and Fort Worth, TX, these two properties have a total of 389 units and hold unique elements individually that are only made stronger when combined together.

Syndications

We provide direct investment opportunities for our investors, in addition to our traditional private equity fund model. Following our standard model, we follow our same value-add strategy with all syndication properties.
