In addition to our traditional private equity fund investment model, Harris Investment Group also provides direct investment opportunities for our investors.

 

In running both strategies within the firm, there is a unique fiduciary nuance in that funds get priority allocation for any investment we consider while the fund is open. This fiduciary responsibility ensures that any deal we receive is made available to the fund portfolio and its investors. As such, we separate our syndications from our funds as they can't be executed concurrently.
