In early 2020, Jason Harris and Sam Taggert partnered together to purchase a 56-unit multifamily property together. Located in SLC, Utah, this property checked all the boxes of a property perfect for Harris Investment Group's tried-and-true value-add strategy. After completing the majority of the value-add renovations, the property was sold less than 2 years later in late 2021and turned an investment of $1.5M into $4M in profit.
